I have a grilled cheese every single day for lunch. And I know many who can attest to it. I make them in the morning, and by lunch they’re a little warmer than room temperature and soggy. Sound delicious?

To celebrate a nice day like today, one of the first. I made Popsicles. And, since we don’t have any yogurt, I made concentrated lemonade and limeade and poured them into popsicle molds. We had plastic popsicle sticks that fit the mold, but we lost them, so I am stuck with aluminum foil, which is perfectly fine. I’ve made the lemonade ones before, and they were good, especially because the sugar settled at the bottom. I can’t wait till they’re frozen!
